First Quarter:

Two long Lake runs (#27/Clark up right side for 65 yards and #10/Gilmer up middle for 36 yards) resulted in Lake's 1st TD.  #54/David Anderson made a spectacular hit on LaPorte's return man during subsequent kickoff.

Geno Blow featured prominently in Lake's 2nd TD with three great runs (two runs 8 yard and then a final 4 yard scamper for the second touchdown).  Entire offensive line dominated for second consecutive touchdown drive (#64/Paul, #65/Snow, #53/Voor, #66/Birnbaum, and #70/Fritz)
Great hits in LaPorte backfield by #62/Brandon,#22/McKinney, #23/Hernandez, #41/Sledge, and #42/Bernard result in LaPorte field position losses.
