Highlights |
|
63
yard touchdown run by Running Back Geno Blow resulted in Lake’s
first TD of the 2005 season.
Jon Gilmer 1 yard QB sneak for 2nd Lake TD.
Two interceptions by Cornerback Anthony Zamora. The second INT
occurred late in the 4th quarter as Tomball was driving deep into
Lake territory. Zamora returned it 51 yards at the 1:25 mark in
the fourth quarter.
Blake Sledge had a terrific tackle during a Tomball option pitch in
their own end-zone. The play resulted in a safety and represented
Tomball’s last chance to score. It was a game-ending play.
Linebacker Jeremy McKinney had an outstanding game with 10+ tackles
(many for loss or no gain). He was literally all over the field
and, more importantly, the Tomball offense. |
