Minutes Eighteen parents (including President, VP, and Sec officers were present.) Treasurer Dan Niemczak is still abroad. Coach Aduddell talked to us about the Pasadena Lee game. He talked about turnovers and some spark offensively. Alvin is next and has not met as strong opposition as we have. He says players are still being arranged. Re: Varsity, he says were in good shape. In District, North Shore ran on us, Baytown Lee passed on us, were ready to go now. Both freshmen teams look good. JV are doing great. Four home games coming. He responded to the lack of band, Flair and cheerleader support due to the game night change. Our meeting started at 7:20 p.m. Gordon said we had $3155 and $5191 with no pay outs due. Gordon resigned his Presidency due to numerous reasons. He described a meeting from this past week about a fund raiser for scholarships and has details. Pam Doty described the Banquet will be for only Varsity players. JV and Freshmen players will have a big hot dog party at end of year. Mike Nemer expressed displeasure with a hot dog cookoff. Pam recommended discussing this with Coach. Gary Priest reported on the crows nest progress. Mr. Dunaway will fund it project and it is in motion. Cindy Cole said Cheerleaders bought $500 worth of merchandise and only a few back orders are still out. She is low on caps and will talk to Coach about getting more. Gordon reported on program sales. Program sales are slow. Mr. Hewer moved we hire kids to sell all the programs we can this weekend. Unanimous agreement. He described volunteers for music management, tee shirts, program sales, posters, and Falcon Fanatics. Carol Jordan is volunteering to coordinate freshmen parents. Tammy Dirks volunteered to manage the tee shirts for the prizes at games. Gordon expressed dissatisfaction with the Falcon Fanatics so they will be taken over by a school sponsor.
